• Validate cash flow, work in progress and collections against certification documents and receivables ageing.
• Assess interim payment certificates, bills of quantities, variation orders, claims and cost value reconciliation.
• Evaluate contractual notices, rejection letters and dispute correspondence for financial and contractual substance.
• Identify losses, uncertified earned value, stale receivables and contractual exposure.
• Enter commercial, contractual and revenue risks into the PMO issues log with owners and evidence.
• Interrogate figures reported by operating entities and validate against source documents.
