Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Property, Engineering & Casualty underwriting in a large general insurance company.
• Manage a team of Underwriting Managers, Assistant Underwriting Manager, and Underwriting Officers.
• Develop relationships with corporate clients and brokers to drive profitable growth and service excellence.
• Coordinate with reinsurance, claims, actuarial, finance, and legal teams for smooth operations.
• Negotiate major deals with clients and brokers, ensuring compliance with guidelines and authority.
