Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in commercial, financial, or legal roles within construction with at least 10 years in management on large international airport projects.
• Experience managing commercial aspects of large-value projects with contract values exceeding $1 million.
• Strong understanding of risk management procedures and best practices.
• Knowledge of commercial and contract law (NEC, JCT, FIDIC, or similar).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across departments and levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic commercial and risk advice across project lifecycles.
• Develop and deliver financial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis for projects/portfolios.
• Manage change control processes with focus on commercial impact; identify risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
• Lead negotiations on contractual changes and client engagements.
• Contribute to risk registers and support EAC reporting and cost reconciliation.
• Oversee supply chain contracts, vendor management, and invoice processing.
