Job summary

Employment is seeking an experienced Commercial & Contracts Manager in Doha to own the full commercial lifecycle from RFQ/RFP evaluation to close-out. You will lead the estimation, tendering, procurement and contract negotiations, ensuring margins remain healthy and compliant with project requirements.

The role demands leadership across multidisciplinary teams, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with SAP/Oracle. A strategic, results-driven mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Min 10 years in commercial management, contracts, estimation/tendering and procurement.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in Oil & Gas or EPC environments is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, budgeting, and risk-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tenders, bids, and commercial proposals.
• Manage contract lifecycle including review, negotiation, amendments, and close-out.
• Oversee procurement strategies, supplier evaluations, and compliance.
• Monitor budgets, margins, and commercial performance with corrective actions.
• Develop pricing strategies in coordination with operations and finance.
• Mentor and develop Commercial, Contracts, Estimation, and Procurement teams.
