Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of corporate banking or lending experience.
• Experience with BRD/BRS, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
• Knowledge of LOS and loan lifecycle management.
• Exposure to FDI, structured finance, co-lending.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Support FDI growth, lending initiatives, and sector-based financing.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs.
• Prepare BRDs/BRS, user stories, process flows, and docs.
• Analyze end-to-end lending and credit processes and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with Business, Credit, Risk, Operations, and Technology.
• Support lending transformation and loan lifecycle initiatives.
• Conduct financial, market, sector, and portfolio analysis.
• Support system enhancements and process automation.
