We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – FDI, Co-Lending & Sector Solutions to support lending growth, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) initiatives, co-lending solutions, and banking transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support FDI growth, lending initiatives, and sector-based financing solutions.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Prepare BRDs/BRS, user stories, process flows, and business documentation.
• Analyse end-to-end lending and credit processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with Business, Credit, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Support lending transformation, loan origination systems, and loan lifecycle management initiatives.
• Conduct financial, market, sector, and portfolio analysis.
• Support system enhancements, process automation, and implementation projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Lending, Credit, Business Analysis, or Banking Transformation.
• Strong understanding of corporate lending products and credit processes.
• Hands-on experience in BRD/BRS preparation, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
• Knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Lifecycle Management.
• Experience supporting banking transformation and system implementation projects.
• Exposure to FDI, Structured Finance, Co-Lending, or Sector Financing is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
