Fis QA in Doha seeks an experienced Senior Business Analyst to bridge business strategy and technical delivery across energy, telecoms, healthcare and government sectors. You will lead discovery, analyze current processes, and translate needs into clear requirements guiding solution design and delivery.

You will own the requirements baseline, support change management, and foster trusted advisory relationships across stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in business analysis in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience leading business analysis across full engagement lifecycle: qualification, delivery, UAT, benefits realization.
• Strong facilitation, interviewing, and workshops with executive stakeholders.
• Proven track record turning business needs into actionable requirements and solutions.
• Experience with process analysis (as-is, to-be), BRDs, use cases, user stories, and traceability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer discovery sessions and requirements workshops to uncover strategic goals and transformation opportunities.
• Analyze current-state processes using BPMN and value stream mapping; identify inefficiencies and risks.
• Develop future-state process designs and solution concepts tied to measurable outcomes.
• Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and qualification reports for decision-makers.
• Support pre-sales with BA input to proposals, RFPs, and customer presentations.
• Own end-to-end requirements lifecycle from elicitation to traceability and validation.
• Produce BRDs, functional specs, use cases, and acceptance criteria for delivery teams.
• Collaborate with architects, PMs, and dev teams to ensure correct interpretation of requirements.
• Manage change control and assess impact of requested changes on scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate UAT strategies, define acceptance criteria, and manage defect resolution.
