Job summary

Commercial Bank in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, align with strategic objectives, and maintain high audit ratings by complying with SOPs and QCB regulations. You will lead the branch team to deliver excellent client service, manage risk, staff training, and ensure smooth processing of financial transactions while safeguarding assets.

This role requires strong leadership, attention to regulatory detail, and ability to improve branch performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, finance, economics or a related subject.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations to support the Client experience objective.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, processes and SLAs; conduct spot checks.
• Manage branch opening/closing, security, vault cash, and documentation workflow.
• Liaise with departments on referrals, customer complaints and risk management.
• Coach and supervise staff, provide on-the-job training and feedback.
• Prepare periodic reports and drive branch performance improvements.
