Job summary

QNB Group in Doha seeks an experienced Vault Management Supervisor to oversee cash vault operations, domestic and international cash flows, and secure handling of all cash movements.

You will develop KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure strict adherence to internal controls and QCB regulations while coordinating cash transportation, ATM cash delivery, and import/export activities. A senior banking background is essential for leading a small team and optimizing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in a large bank.
• Experience in cash vault handling and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vault management operations and cash handling for domestic and international branches.
• Develop KPIs and monitor performance for the vault department.
• Ensure compliance with QCB regulations and internal controls.
• Coordinate cash transportation, delivery to ATMs, and import/export of currency.
• Lead budgeting and manage a team of at least 5 staff.
• Liaise with external service providers and internal departments.
