BAE Systems Strategic Aerospace Services WLL is seeking an AGE Electrical Supervisor in Dukhan, Qatar. The role involves supervising detailed maintenance activities in the AGE bay and ensuring airworthiness through proper task delegation and authorization.

The ideal candidate has an Engineering Apprenticeship in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent, plus 2+ years in a supervisory role, and solid knowledge of aviation safety standards and regulatory practices.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Engineering Apprenticeship in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of City & Guilds 2675 or 2661 in Aeronautical Engineering and Maintenance.
• At least 2 years of supervisor-level experience.
• Experience with aviation safety standards and safe operating practices.

Responsibilities

• Undertake detailed maintenance, inspection and supervision of Electrical components in the AGE bay.
• Maintain airworthiness through task delegation and authorization on AGE activities.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the team and manage training.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and AMC procedures.
