Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Qatar is seeking a Senior - Accounts Payable and General Ledger (Healthcare) to oversee hospital AP and GL activities, ensuring accurate postings and timely payments.

Lead month‑end and year‑end closings, review accruals, prepayments, provisions, and balance sheet schedules, and prepare financial reports. The role requires a Bachelors in Accounting or Finance, 6+ years in accounting (3+ in healthcare), and ACCA/CPA/CA/CMA or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 6+ years of accounting experience, including 3 years in a hospital or healthcare organization.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, CMA or equivalent.
• Strong experience in financial closing, internal controls, ERP systems, Excel and supervision of accounting staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital accounts payable and general ledger activities, ensuring accurate postings, reconciliations and timely payments.
