Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Doha, Qatar is seeking an Accounts Payable and General Ledger professional to manage hospital supplier invoices, verify POs, receipts, and approvals, and support month-end processes.

The role requires strong Excel, ERP familiarity, and a background in healthcare accounting to ensure accurate records, timely payments, and audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, hospital or healthcare experience preferred.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent preferred.
• Practical knowledge of accounts payable, general ledger accounting, ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process hospital supplier invoices, verifying purchase orders, goods receipts, service confirmations and approvals.
• Prepare payment schedules, reconcile supplier accounts and resolve invoice discrepancies with Procurement and relevant departments.
• Maintain general ledger entries, accruals, prepayments and account reconciliations, supporting timely month-end closing.
• Prepare financial schedules and audit documentation while maintaining accurate records and confidentiality.
