Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking an Accounts Payable and General Ledger professional for our healthcare division in Doha. The role involves processing hospital supplier invoices, validating POs, goods receipts, and approvals, while ensuring accurate ledger maintenance and month-end closing.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, at least 4 years of healthcare accounting experience, and professional qualifications (ACCA/CPA/CMA) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process hospital supplier invoices, verifying purchase orders, goods receipts, service confirmations and approvals.
• Prepare payment schedules, reconcile supplier accounts and resolve invoice discrepancies with Procurement and relevant departments.
• Maintain general ledger entries, accruals, prepayments and account reconciliations, supporting timely month-end closing.
• Prepare financial schedules and audit documentation while maintaining accurate records and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent preferred.
• Practical knowledge of accounts payable, general ledger accounting, ERP systems and advanced Excel.
