Job summary

Qualifications

This role focuses on maintaining financial accuracy, supporting month-end processes, and ensuring compliance with audit documentation standards in a medical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process hospital supplier invoices, verifying purchase orders, goods receipts, service confirmations and approvals.
• Prepare payment schedules, reconcile supplier accounts and resolve invoice discrepancies with Procurement and relevant departments.
• Maintain general ledger entries, accruals, prepayments and account reconciliations, supporting timely month-end closing.
• Prepare financial schedules and audit documentation while maintaining accurate records and confidentiality.

Experience Required:

Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, including relevant experience in a hospital or healthcare organization.

Education Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent preferred.
