Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years accounting experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with hospital supplier invoicing and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Process hospital supplier invoices with PO, goods receipt, approvals.
• Prepare payment schedules, reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain general ledger entries, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial schedules and audit documentation.
