Job summary

Kempinski Hotels Doha is seeking a Hostess (Short Term) to provide courteous, professional service in the Food & Beverage outlets. You will assist with opening/closing procedures, maintain high standards, upsell offerings, and ensure guest satisfaction while adhering to hotel policies and safety regulations.

The role requires a proactive, team-oriented individual who can manage guest inquiries and support the service team in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment in Doha, Qatar.

Qualifications

• Passionate about Food & Beverage and guest service.
• Strong team player with a service-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of upselling and product details is a plus.
• Able to work flexible hours in a hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• A courteous, professional and efficient service is provided at all times.
• All duties and tasks are performed as per the tasks required at the outlet.
• Be knowledgeable of all services and products offered by the hotel.
• Have a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items offered by the department assigned.
• Explain and upsell items offered and provide alternatives when appropriate.
• Monitor supplies, equipment and reduce spoilage and wastage.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Execute opening and closing procedures for the outlet.
