Four Seasons Hotel Doha seeks a Host/Hostess to warmly greet guests, seat them and support restaurant service in a luxury hotel setting. You will manage reservations, answer calls, maintain room setup and collaborate with colleagues to uphold Four Seasons Service standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in hotel and restaurant management is preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience with a luxury hotel or resort is preferred.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Seat guests promptly at a table pre-set for the party size and guest preferences.
• Set up Hostess stand, review reservations, and assist with room setup as required.
• Answer telephones according to Four Seasons standards and take reservations or provide information about restaurant or hotel services.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to inquiries or problems, and recognize regular guests by name.
• Inspect and maintain daily menus, understand menu items and daily specials.
• Work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors; complete special projects as instructed.
• Ensure proper table setup and minor adjustments as needed.
