Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Doha seeks a Senior Commercial Director to lead Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, Catering and PR, reporting to the General Manager. You will guide commercial strategy for both Four Seasons Hotel Doha and The Pearl-Qatar properties, aiming to maximize revenue, profitability and market share while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team across Sales, Catering, Revenue Management, Reservations, Marketing and PR.
• Drive revenue optimization with pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR and profitability.
• Oversee key accounts and partnerships; guide growth across group, transient and corporate segments.
• Develop and execute an integrated marketing plan; manage digital and traditional channels.
