Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels Qatar seeks a Sales Manager to join the Cluster Sales team, covering Four Seasons Hotel Doha and Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl‑Qatar. The role reports to the Senior Director of Sales and drives revenue for both properties.

The position requires luxury hotel experience, strong relationship-building, and a proven track record in sales. Located in Doha, it offers exposure to a premium portfolio and cross-property collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotels or resorts in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong bilingual writing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Administer the sales program of the hotel.
• Implement all sales action plans related to the respective market as outlined in the Commercial plan.
• Achieve departmental goals contributing to the hotel's budgets.
• Solicit business from assigned segments for rooms, F&B, banquet and hotel services.
• Write strategic sales action plans for assigned market segments.
• Monitor accounts revenue and business production.
• Attend related events and promote sales for the hotel.
• Plan sales trips to major market areas with approvals.
