• Establish parameters, quotes, and negotiate prices with clients for both transient and group business, ensuring optimal terms for the properties.
• Promote and generate sales leads expanding the brand's presence and market share.
• Establish and maintain organized files of major accounts.
• Ensure adherence to selling strategies during negotiations and seize opportunities for maximizing upselling whenever possible.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers fostering long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor promotional materials and campaigns for your segments.
• Monitor industry trends, policies, and regulations providing insights to shape sales strategies.
• Periodically review and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed.
