Job summary

Abuissa Holding in Doha, Qatar, is seeking an experienced Sales Associate for the carpentry, bespoke joinery, and interior fit-out sector. You will pursue new business, consult with clients, and translate design visions into viable commercial proposals.

The role requires a strong GCC network, excellent communication, and a solid technical grasp of woodworking and cabinetry. You will collaborate with design and production teams to ensure seamless project handovers and lasting client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of GCC experience in carpentry/joinery sales
• Strong knowledge of woodworking specifications and cabinetry
• Fluent English and Arabic
• Qatari driving license is required

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within residential and commercial fit-out sectors
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their design visions and project scopes
• Leverage technical understanding of woodworking and cabinetry to advise clients and propose solutions

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Associate to join our team in the carpentry, bespoke joinery, and interior fit-out industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the Qatar/GCC market, excellent client relationship skills, and a good technical understanding of custom carpentry, joinery, cabinetry, and interior fit-out solutions.

Job Description:

• Business Development: Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the residential and commercial fit-out sectors.
• Client Consultation: Meet with prospective clients to understand their design visions, functional needs, and project scopes.
• Technical Sales: Leverage your technical understanding of woodworking, custom joinery, and materials to confidently advise clients and propose viable, high-quality solutions.
• Proposal Management: In coordination with the Estimation team, prepare and present compelling, accurate sales proposals, cost estimations, and project timelines.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with our internal design and production teams to ensure smooth project handovers and clear communication of client specifications.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements & Qualifications:-

• Industry Experience: Proven track record in sales specifically within the carpentry, bespoke joinery, and interior fit-out industry.
• Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of woodworking specifications, custom cabinetry construction, and interior finishing materials.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, present ideas clearly, and negotiate effectively with high-end clients.
• Mobility: Must possess a valid Qatari driving license and preferably own a personal vehicle.
• Drive & Organization: Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized with a professional approach to managing a sales pipeline.

Experience:

• Carpentry/Joinery/Fitout Domain : 5+ years of GCC experience

Language:

• English & Arabic Speaking (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver’s license (Required)
