Job summary

Hudson Manpower seeks an experienced Restaurant General Manager for a reputed restaurant group in Qatar. You will lead daily operations, drive service standards, and coach a diverse team to achieve targets.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, 7–10 years in restaurant operations, and at least 2 years in a GM role. Age below 40; strong budgeting, cost control, inventory, and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hotel management or hospitality management.
• Experience in restaurant operations at GM level or higher.
• Strong leadership and cost-control abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure service excellence and efficiency.
• Coach and develop the restaurant team to meet performance targets.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and inventory to maximize profits.
• Prepare operational and sales reports for leadership review.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service.
