Qualifications

• 15+ years in upstream Oil & Gas exploration, development and production.
• Authority in geosciences and reservoir engineering with senior leadership experience.
• Strong contract management and cross-cultural collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate Geological, Geophysical, Petrophysical and Reservoir Engineering work for MM and ALR reservoirs.
• Initiate and coordinate integrated Geosciences and Reservoir studies to optimize oil, gas and condensate recovery.
• Ensure robust field development planning with sound subsurface model assumptions.
• Coordinate reserves estimation and production forecasting per internal guidelines.
• Contribute to annual reservoir management plans for field performance optimization.
• Provide input for well proposals and review drilling/workover plans.
• Identify subsurface uncertainties and design data acquisition strategies.
• Participate in annual budget planning and resource staffing.
