Job summary

North Oil Company Qatar is seeking an experienced Reservoir Integration professional to support framing, coordination and consolidation of subsurface RDG studies for development projects. You will work with Petroleum Architects and IDEG to secure milestone approvals and provide input for field development studies with supporting documentation.

Based in Doha, you will lead cross‑functional collaboration, consolidate RDG deliverables, and contribute to derisking strategies for future development,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in RE/PE.
• Minimum 10 years in Subsurface with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with Intersect, PowerBI, Petrel.
• Ability to influence business decisions and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare subsurface inputs for new wells and field development studies.
• Coordinate and consolidate RDG deliverables including production forecasts and data plans.
• Provide subsurface inputs to IDEG for design of wellhead platforms and surface facilities.
• Participate in multi-divisional meetings and communicate key findings.
