Job summary

North Oil Company Qatar in Doha is seeking an experienced Reservoir Development Engineer to contribute to technical studies for development and recovery optimization of Al Shaheen reservoirs, feeding into FDP and appraisal opportunities.

The role emphasizes updating reservoir models, supporting in-field development targets, and providing input for ARR and LRBP with a multidisciplinary team spanning geophysics, geology and reservoir engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree in RE/PE preferred.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Subsurface with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to delivering reservoir engineer studies under Head RDG guidance.
• Maintain and update full-field reservoir models.
• Support development and appraisal lookbacks and FDP documentation.
• Provide inputs for ARR and LRBP forecasts within IPP team.
