Qualifications

• 15+ years in upstream Oil & Gas exploration, development and production.
• Minimum 10 years direct technical experience in reservoir geosciences and reservoir engineering.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manages asset study team: plan and coordinate Geological, Geophysical, Petrophysical and Reservoir Engineering work for MM and ALR reservoirs.
• Integrated Reservoir Studies: coordinate internal/external studies to optimize recovery; ensure quality and budget alignment.
• Field Development Planning: ensure robust subsurface models for development plans across reservoirs.
• Reserves Determination and Production Forecasting: coordinate in-place estimates and long-term forecasts.
• Reservoir Management and Field Performance Optimization: contribute to annual reservoir management plans.
• Drilling and Workovers: coordinate geosciences input for well proposals and review plans.
• Risk Management: identify uncertainties and plan data acquisition to mitigate risks.
• Annual Budget Planning: participate in budget process.
• Organizational development: recruit and retain world-class professionals; training and development.
