Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Doha is seeking a Reservations Services Supervisor to lead the Reservations Services team and ensure outstanding guest experiences for rooms, spa and restaurant bookings.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience as a Reservations Supervisor in a 5-star hotel and strong communication skills in a dynamic, luxury environment in the Middle East. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in Reservations Supervisor at a 5-star hotel environment.
• Previous experience working in the Middle East Region is an advantage.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer hotel's main telephone, HelloMO, and emails from external and internal stakeholders.
• Process and confirm guest reservations for Rooms, F&B and Spa.
• Input all reservations into the respective systems and verify room availability.
• Explain guarantee, specific rate, and cancellation policies; document special requests.
• Maintain complete knowledge of hotel facilities, outlets, hours, promotions and events.
• Collaborate with other departments to upsell rooms, outlets and spa treatments to guests.
