Job summary

• Sell voco Doha West Bay Suites products using up-selling and suggestive selling.
• Record and process reservations by phone/email.
• Prepare reservation sales reports and occupancy insights.
• Maintain knowledge of rates, promotions and hotel services.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
