Job summary

Kempinski Hotels SA in Doha seeks an Assistant Reservations Manager to oversee daily reservation operations and inventory, while acting as the operational extension of the Director of Revenue Management.

You will lead the reservation team, execute pricing tactics, and coordinate rate changes with the Revenue Management team, ensuring accurate data and strong guest service across channels.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years in hotel reservations or front desk, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior capacity.
• Opera Cloud experience is essential.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day reservation operations and manage inventory.
• Lead reservation agents, coaching on procedures and upselling.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management to implement rate changes and stay controls.
• Ensure connectivity between PMS, CRS, and OTAs.
• Prepare daily reports and participate in weekly revenue strategy meetings.
