Kempinski Doha is seeking a Reservations Agent who speaks Arabic to maximize reservations while upholding Kempinski standards. The role requires strong data entry in the management systems and swift adherence to reservation policies.

The agent will review daily reservations, ensure rate and segment compliance, and assist in achieving high client satisfaction. Proactive up-selling and VIP handling are key parts of the job.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of Fidelio V6 or Opera PMS is imperative.
• Demonstrate energy and enthusiasm.
• Excellent oral and written skills in English; additional language is an advantage.
• Ability to investigate systems malfunctions or user-input errors.

Responsabilidades

• Review daily reservation accuracy, rate compliance from segment and source, system close-out when necessary and rate availability.
• Ensure clients' satisfaction and adherence to Kempinski service standards.
• Follow internal credit policy.
• Follow up on lost business and inform department superiors.
• Spot-check reservations made the previous day and check all VIP arrivals.
• Test calls LQA / IFH results > 85%.
• Follow the internal up-sell programme for Reservations department.
• Perform any other duties as assigned to them by management.

Description

The Reservations Agent is responsible to materialize the maximum number of requests and reservations.

The job of Reservations Agent is executed satisfactorily when:

• Kempinski Reservation standards are implemented and complied to.
• All relevant data is entered and maintained in the systems in a timely and accurate manner.
• Data is reviewed on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Review daily reservation accuracy, rate compliance from segment and source, system close-out when necessary and rate availability.
• Ensure clients' satisfaction and adherence to Kempinski service standards.
• Follow internal credit policy.
• Follow up on lost business and bring information about them to the knowledge of the department superiors.
• Spot-check reservations made the previous day and check all VIP arrivals.
• Test calls LQA / IFH results > 85%.
• Follow the internal up-sell programme for Reservations department.
• Perform any other duties as assigned to them by management.
