Job summary

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts EMEA is seeking a skilled Reservations and Revenue Manager to oversee the central reservations function across multiple properties in Qatar. The role focuses on optimizing inventory, rate distribution, and promotional alignment with sales and marketing strategies.

You will manage dynamic pricing, monitor channel performance, and generate forecasts to guide inventory allocation while driving direct bookings and reducing OTA dependence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in hotel reservations or a similar hospitality role.
• Supervisory/management experience in a hotel or reservations setting preferred.
• Familiarity with Opera Cloud PMS, SynXis or similar channel management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the reservations function across a portfolio of hotel properties.
• Optimize room rate distribution across channels including OTAs, GDS and the hotel site.
• Implement dynamic rate strategies in response to market demand and competitive set.

Job description

• Oversee the entire reservations function across a portfolio of hotel properties.
• Utilize Opera Cloud PMS, Synxis and Channel Manager systems for inventory management.
• Optimize room rate distribution across all channels, including OTAs, GDS and the hotel's direct website.
• Implement dynamic rate strategies in response to market demand and competitive set.
• Administer and maintain QTA Rack Rates within the Property Management System.
• Closely monitor channel performance, analyzing booking pace and conversion rates.
• Generate occupancy and revenue forecasts to inform inventory allocation.
• Align reservation tactics and promotional offers with sales and marketing initiatives.
• Provide detailed management reports on bookings, ADR and pace.
• Strive to increase direct bookings and reduce reliance on high-commission OTAs.
• Lead and supervise the central reservations team.
• Apply meticulous attention to detail for all rate and inventory inputs.
• Draw on proven revenue management experience in a hotel or reservation setting.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in hotel reservations or a similar hospitality role.
• Previous supervisory/management experience in a hotel or reservations setting is preferred.
