Job summary

BAE Systems Strategic Aerospace Services WLL is seeking a capable professional to lead repairs management on a base, coordinating with the Qatar Head of Supply Chain and the CAMO/Data Integrity teams to ensure airworthiness and KPI achievement.

The role involves optimizing depth bays for ML2/ML4 assets, driving repair strategies, and managing budgets in line with customer requirements and company objectives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CAO/SC operations and Part M requirements.
• Experience in aerospace repair management and supply chain optimization.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead repairs management activities and monitor KPI performance.
• Coordinate upgrade and modification plans with customers and suppliers.
• Ensure data quality and correct use of Maintenix for asset tracking.
• Manage on-base depth bays and ML4 assets to meet contract requirements.
• Provide monthly repair management reports to senior management.
