Job summary

BAE Systems Strategic Aerospace Services WLL in Qatar seeks a Facility Operation and Maintenance Lead to ensure a safe, efficient working environment for Technical Institute and Qatar Armed Forces staff. You will coordinate with senior management, QAF, and external contractors to manage day-to-day facilities, utilities, and maintenance across multiple sites.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and regional experience, with direct reporting to the Technical Operations Manager and

Qualifications

Foundation Degree/HND in Management or Engineering.
Safety, Health and Environment qualifications equivalent to NEBOSH Dip or NCRQ Dip.
Knowledge of financial management principles and budgeting.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Experience in the Middle East preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee facility operation and maintenance for TI and Qatar Armed Forces staff.
Coordinate with QAF, suppliers, and contractors to maintain services.
Ensure security, safety, and regulatory compliance of utilities and FM activities.
Lead a team of technicians and manage external contractors.
Produce reports on facilities performance and improvements.
