Job summary

BAE Systems Strategic Aerospace Services WLL in Dukhan, Qatar, is seeking a senior specialist to lead the ELP repairs management on base. You will drive performance against contractual KPIs and ensure airworthiness by coordinating depth bays, ML2/ML4 activities, and customer requirements.

You will maintain data integrity in Maintenix, manage part M inspections, and oversee the upgrade/modification programs in alignment with approved plans and customer constraints.

Qualifications

• Experience managing supply chain operations for aviation maintenance.
• Ability to lead repairs management activities and monitor KPIs.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration across CAO/SC teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead repairs management to meet contract KPIs and airworthiness outputs.
• Coordinate upgrade assets and ensure conformance with modification plans.
• Maintain data quality in Maintenix and manage part M inspections.
• Develop and manage budgets, reporting, and risk related to ELP repairs.
• Foster relationship with customers, suppliers, and internal teams for on-base repair optimization.
• Ensure compliance with CAO/ regulation and internal procedures.
