Confidential Company in Qatar is seeking an Operations Manager for our car rental division. You will oversee daily rental operations from booking to return, ensuring a seamless and customer-focused experience.

You will lead and train a team of rental agents, manage fleet availability and maintenance, develop pricing promotions to grow revenue, and ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 3-5 years in car rental or automotive operations.
• Experience in leading teams and improving operations.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily rental operations from booking to return to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Manage fleet availability, maintenance, and cleaning to maximize utilization.
• Develop pricing and promotions to drive revenue and market share.
