Al-Futtaim in Doha is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor to drive customer satisfaction, uphold brand standards, and maximize rental revenue across locations. You will manage a team of CSRs and drivers, coach them to improve service and sales performance, and engage with airport authorities and corporate clients.

Competenze

• Graduate degree and Management Diploma/Degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a customer service/sales team.
• Experience handling customer disputes, grievances, and administrative responsibilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Copilot (AI tools).

Mansioni

• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction by improving front-end operations.
• Coach CSRs and Drivers to increase rental revenue at airport and other locations.
• Determine vehicle requirements for daily and monthly rentals to meet targets.
• Analyze monthly revenue reports focusing on utilisation and RPM growth.
• Ensure procedural compliance and accurate revenue/documentation records.
• Develop staff through targeted training and People Hub programs.
• Build relationships with Airport Authorities and corporate clients.
