Job summary

Al Abdulghani Motors in Doha is seeking a Sales Representative to execute sales activities and deliver quality customer service across mobility products, including car rental, at the counter in line with company policies.

You will welcome customers, assess needs, explain offerings, handle reservations and transactions, and ensure accurate documentation and CRM updates. This role emphasizes consistent customer experience and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role.
• Bachelor Degree in Business studies.
• Familiarity with booking systems i.e. Booking.com

Responsibilities

• Welcome walk-in customers and respond to inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms.
• Assist in identifying customer needs and explaining relevant mobility products and services.
• Ensure professional customer service throughout the sales and rental process.
• Handle reservations, applications, and sales transactions through approved systems and platforms.
• Prepare rental and sales agreements and explain terms, conditions, and usage guidelines to customers.
• Process payments, deposits, and receipts, and support branch sales activities through customer service and product presentation.
• Verify customer eligibility and required documents in line with company policies.
• Complete contract documentation accurately and update customer and transaction details in CRM and internal systems.
• Maintain proper records and support daily counter administrative activities.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and routine complaints in a professional manner.
• Support resolution of post-sales and service-related issues in coordination with relevant departments.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisor or relevant team when required.
• Support coordination of vehicle or service delivery processes to ensure readiness and proper condition where applicable.
• Assist in verifying documentation, approvals, and handover requirements prior to customer delivery where applicable.
• Support inspection and documentation related to contract completion, return, or closure processes where applicable.
• Assist in recording incidents, damages, or outstanding charges and support follow-up actions as required.
