Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience as a Hotel Manager in a luxury property.
• Biometric passport for international travel is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to complaints or concerns.
• Create a positive working environment by motivating and mentoring employees.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to maintain high standards.
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and forecasts for senior management.
• Liaise between hotel management company and property owners.
