Mindrift is seeking a freelance Mobile App Developer to join the Tendem project, delivering native/cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android. You will design, build, and refine apps, collaborating with Tendem Agents and AI-assisted workflows to ensure stability, performance, and a great user experience.

The role is part-time remote, requiring hands-on experience shipping mobile apps and familiarity with platform APIs, with a focus on delivering high-quality features across utilities,

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant mobile app development experience required.
• Strong foundation in mobile UI/UX patterns and platform guidelines.
• Ability to ship complete features independently and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build mobile apps using React Native, Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin.
• Implement responsive UIs following iOS/Android conventions.
• Integrate device features and backend APIs; handle offline state.
• Refactor AI-generated code for performance and reliability.
• Prepare builds for distribution (TestFlight/Play Console).
• Collaborate with AI agents to deliver production-ready apps.
