Job summary

Mindrift is seeking skilled Mobile App Developers to join the Tendem project (https://tendem.ai/) and build native and cross‑platform mobile applications for iOS and Android. In this freelance role, as an AI Pilot, you'll work with Tendem Agents to deliver production‑readiness, quality control, and platform‑specific judgment across tasks.

Requirements include 3+ years in mobile app development with React Native, Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin, a strong portfolio, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in mobile app development (required).
• Strong portfolio of shipped apps for iOS/Android.
• Experience with native or cross‑platform frameworks and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build mobile apps using React Native, Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin.
• Implement responsive UIs following iOS HIG and Material Design.
• Integrate device features and backend APIs; ensure offline support.
• Refactor AI‑generated code for performance and stability.
• Prepare builds for distribution (TestFlight, Play Console).
