Mindrift is hiring a freelance Full-Stack Web App Developer for the Tendem project. You will design, build, and refine browser‑based applications with real logic, state, persistence, and user input, ranging from habit trackers to internal dashboards and AI‑powered tools.

The role supports part‑time remote work (10‑20 hours/week). You will collaborate with Tendem Agents, apply architectural judgment, and ensure production‑ready web apps with robust frontend and backend systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full‑stack web development experience.
• Strong JS/TS skills and frontend framework proficiency.
• Backend experience with Python or Node.js and REST APIs.
• Portfolio of shipped web apps required.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Build browser‑based applications with frontend and backend APIs.
• Design data models and persistence layers (SQL/NoSQL).
• Implement authentication and access control.
• Integrate AI/LLM services and third‑party APIs.
• Write clean, testable code and debug end‑to‑end issues.
• Refactor AI‑generated code for quality and security.
