Job summary

Mindrift is seeking a versatile Graphic Designer for the Tendem project to create high-quality visual assets for real-world use cases. You will apply expertise in visual communication, layout design and branding to transform ideas into polished creatives.

This is a part-time remote freelance role with 10-20 hours per week during active phases. You will work on layouts, infographics, social media templates and one-pagers, using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of relevant graphic design experience.
• Portfolio showcasing social media graphics, marketing collateral and one-pagers.
• Proficiency with typography, grids, and visual composition; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Own clean layouts and modern infographics with strong visual hierarchy.
• Design reusable templates for social media and impactful one-pagers.
• Elevate materials using typography, grids, and thoughtful composition.
• Transform data and concepts into polished visual assets for marketing goals.
• Ensure visual alignment, color usage, and layout consistency before delivery.
