Job summary

KPMG in Qatar invites a Director/Associate Director ServiceNow Architect to lead the technical shape of ServiceNow pursuits across the CASA cluster. This regional role can be based in Qatar, Bahrain or Kuwait, with travel to client sites and cross-firm teams.

You will act as the senior ServiceNow authority, guiding presales, design debates, and delivery strategy, including ITSM, ITOM, SPM and AI-enabled workflows, ensuring profitable outcomes for clients and the firm.

Qualifications

• Experience leading presales for complex ServiceNow deals.
• Strong solution-architecture skills across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and GBS.
• Ability to craft executive-facing materials and proposals.
• Knowledge of licensing and commercial models for cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical shape of ServiceNow pursuits from qualification to contract.
• Prepare and deliver C-level presentations and executive briefings linking business outcomes to architecture.
• Own the technical sections of proposals, data migration, integration approaches and delivery plans.
• Position ServiceNow as the backbone of GBS and shared services, aligning with operating models and business cases.
• Design and run demonstrations, pilots and proofs of value on ServiceNow platforms.
• Produce bottom-up effort estimates and license recommendations for pricing and risk reviews.
• Shape competitive positioning and differentiation of advisory-led ServiceNow delivery.
