Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of ServiceNow experience across multiple product areas.
• Minimum 10 years of enterprise application delivery experience.
• CSA, CAD, and at least one CIS certification required.
• Proven delivery of complex enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design sessions, architecture reviews, and complex technical delivery.
• Provide mentoring to developers and junior consultants.
• Define development standards and review designs.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules (Employee Centre, Service Portal, UI Builder).
• Drive enterprise integrations and automation initiatives.
• Participate in governance, CAB, and quality assurance.
• Engage with stakeholders and translate requirements.
