Job summary

Raffles Doha is seeking a Raffles Ambassador to be the warm, personalized first contact for guests, delivering arrival and departure experiences that reflect timeless elegance and legendary service. You will manage check-in/check-out, anticipate guest preferences, promote hotel experiences, and coordinate with Concierge, Housekeeping and other teams to ensure meticulous, confidential service.

Fluency in English is required; prior experience in front office or guest relations in luxury

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office or Guest Relations in luxury hospitality preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished presence.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with Raffles standards.
• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during arrival and departure.
• Manage check-in, check-out, room assignments, billing and cashiering procedures.
• Anticipate guest preferences and personalise interactions to create memorable moments.
• Serve as ambassador of the hotel, its dining venues, wellness facilities and local experiences.
• Coordinate with Butler Service, Concierge, Housekeeping, Guest Relations and other departments.
• Maintain guest profiles and preferences for recognition and loyalty.
• Handle service recovery promptly and thoughtfully.
• Uphold grooming, etiquette, and confidentiality standards.
• Support VIP arrivals and bespoke guest arrangements with attention to detail.
• Promote loyalty programs and hotel services confidently.

More than a traditional front desk role, the Raffles Ambassador curates meaningful connections, anticipates individual preferences, and ensures every guest journey is seamless, refined, and memorable. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with Raffles brand standards, service culture, and luxury hospitality values
• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, ensuring a refined and personalised arrival and departure experience
• Manage check-in, check-out, room assignments, billing, and cashiering procedures accurately and efficiently
• Anticipate guest preferences and personalise interactions to create memorable moments throughout the stay
• Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador of the hotel, its dining venues, wellness facilities, and local experiences
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach
• Coordinate closely with Butler Service, Concierge, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain detailed guest profiles and preferences to enhance recognition and loyalty
• Take ownership of service recovery, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly and thoughtfully
• Uphold the highest standards of grooming, etiquette, communication, and confidentiality at all times
• Ensure all front office procedures and operational standards are consistently followed
• Support VIP arrivals, special occasions, and bespoke guest arrangements with exceptional attention to detail
• Promote loyalty programs, hotel services, and experiences confidently and authentically
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment that reflects the spirit of excellence and gracious hospitality synonymous with Raffles

Qualifications

What will you bring to this role?

• Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or luxury hospitality preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished and engaging presence
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Professional problem-solving skills with a calm and composed approach
• Familiarity with Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems is an advantage
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are highly valued
• Passion for luxury hospitality, personalised service, and creating unforgettable guest experiences
