Qualifications

• Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or luxury hospitality preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished and engaging presence.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Professional problem-solving skills with a calm and composed approach.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are highly valued.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and personalised service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with Raffles brand standards, service culture, and luxury hospitality values.
• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a refined arrival and departure experience.
• Manage check-in, check-out, room assignments, billing, and cashiering procedures accurately.
• Anticipate guest preferences and personalise interactions to create memorable moments.
• Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador of the hotel, its dining venues, wellness facilities, and local experiences.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate with Butler Service, Concierge, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain detailed guest profiles and preferences to enhance recognition and loyalty.
• Take ownership of service recovery, resolving issues promptly and thoughtfully.
• Uphold grooming, etiquette, and confidentiality standards at all times.
• Ensure all front office procedures and standards are followed.
• Support VIP arrivals, special occasions, and bespoke guest arrangements with attention to detail.
• Promote loyalty programs, hotel services, and experiences confidently.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment reflecting excellence and gracious hospitality.
