Job summary

KONE is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure quality requirements, and to drive continuous improvement through data analysis, inspections and testing. You will support the Quality Manager with the quality strategy and governance across the organization.

The role emphasizes data analysis, audits, training, and maintaining quality records, with the requirement of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Qatari national due to labor regulations.
• Strong data analysis and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize quality performance improvement based on data analysis.
• Investigate non-conformances and determine root cause.
• Create and analyse large datasets from multiple platforms and analyse trends.
• Support Quality Manager with target setting.
• Perform in-process or product inspections and validate requirements.
• Maintain and update quality records.
• Share quality knowledge and train others in quality methods.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective actions of Quality Improvement teams.
