Job summary

Confidential, based in Qatar, seeks a senior HR Operations leader to oversee complex international HR operations across EMEA and APAC. The role focuses on compliant, efficient, scalable processes while balancing global standards with local employment laws.

Qualifications

• Significant multi-country HR Operations experience across EMEA and APAC/Asia.
• Strong knowledge of international employment legislation and compliance.
• Experience within complex multinational organisations.
• HR technology, HRIS, automation and process transformation experience.
• Experience supporting restructures and organisational change.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and advisory capability.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Law or related field.
• Fluent English; Arabic preferred not essential

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Operations expertise across multiple international jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and HR governance requirements.
• Translate local requirements into scalable global HR processes.
• Drive HR process standardisation, ESS/MSS, automation and digital transformation.
• Advise on restructures, workforce transitions and complex operational HR matters.
• Partner with HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, Finance and Centres of Excellence.
• Maintain strong HR data, audit, governance and operational controls.
• Identify regional HR risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead continuous improvement across HR service delivery.
• Provide guidance to a small HR Operations team.
