  • Strong senior stakeholder management and advisory capability.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Law or related field.
  • Fluent English; Arabic preferred not essential

Head of HR Operations – EMEA & APAC

We are seeking a senior HR Operations leader to oversee complex international HR operations across EMEA and APAC. Based in Qatar, the role will ensure HR operations are compliant, efficient and scalable, balancing global standards with local employment legislation.


Working within a highly complex legal and regulatory environment, the position provides expert guidance on international employment legislation, HR operations, governance and operational risk, ensuring global HR processes are effectively deployed while meeting local statutory and regulatory requirements.


As the organisation continues to develop a more technology-enabled HR operating model, the role will play a key part in advancing Employee Self-Service (ESS), Manager Self-Service (MSS), workflow automation and global process standardisation.


Key Responsibilities
