Job summary

Rosewood Doha is seeking a detail-oriented Associate to support purchasing and supplier coordination, ensuring timely PO creation and accurate records.

You will enter POs in BirchStreet, track missing items, coordinate requisitions, maintain market list, and assist Receiving and Finance teams. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits, accommodation, and ongoing development opportunities as part of a supportive associate experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter Purchase Orders in BirchStreet and track missing items during receiving.
• Coordinate with departments on requisitions and orders.
• Maintain PO pending conversions and update market list descriptions and prices.
• Extract monthly Open PO reports and keep records clean.
• Follow up with suppliers on outstanding deliveries.
• Support planning for future orders and assist Receiving and Finance teams.

Your Role

• To enter Purchase Orders in BirchStreet and keep track of missing items when the receiving team performs the receiving
• Coordinate with other departments regarding Requisitions and possible orders
• Maintain track of all Requisitions that are still pending to be converted into PO
• Control and maintain the Market List in the system updating description and prices when required
• To extract monthly report for Open POs and maintain the system clean without any pending POs
• To follow up with the suppliers regarding pending deliveries
• To coordinate between departments and having proper planification on future orders
• To assist Receiving and Finance team when required
